Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Accountant to oversee various financial auditing and reporting processes at our Bellevue, Washington location. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy of financial records, compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset and expertise in managing reconciliations, budgets, and audits.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Perform account and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

• Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts to support organizational goals.

• Analyze variances in financial performance and provide actionable insights.

• Handle tax reporting and ensure adherence to relevant tax laws and regulations.

• Execute month-end close processes, including journal entries and general ledger management.

• Collaborate on special financial projects as assigned to support business objectives.

• Utilize NetSuite to streamline financial processes and reporting.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000 + discretionary bonus.

Requirements • Proven experience in audit and financial reporting.

• Strong proficiency in month-end close processes, including journal entries and general ledger management.

• Expertise in account and bank reconciliations.

• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Knowledge of tax reporting and compliance.

• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar financial systems.

• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
