    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a Assistant Manager. Someone who can be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business as if they were the owner.     Qualifications:

    + Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of self-motivation and accountability.

    + Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.

    Compensation Structure:

    + Performance-based pay: 30-40 percent of net profits or based on performance
