Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team in a role that involves essential responsibilities in concrete form preparation and facility upkeep. This position plays a crucial part in our production process, ensuring high-quality output in a variety of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

+ Strip and clean concrete forms and products.

+ Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.

+ Perform basic carpentry skills.

+ Maintain facility cleanliness and housekeeping.

+ Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned on a temporary or permanent basis.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production, hand and power tools.

+ Knowledge of the manufacturing and construction industries, particularly in precast manufacturing.

+ Ability to read a tape measure.

+ Minimum of 6 months experience in manufacturing or construction.

+ Basic math and measurement skills.

+ Ability to read and write simple instructions and communicate effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Go-getter mentality with good attendance and drive.

+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically.

+ ACI certification preferred.

+ Prior precast concrete experience is a plus.

Work Environment

This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, cold, and heat. Adaptability to these environments is essential.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
