Responsibilities

+ Perform residential plumbing tasks, accounting for 70% of the job.

+ Conduct commercial plumbing work, comprising 30% of the job.

+ Upsell services during appointments.

+ Serve as the field lead and subject matter expert for all plumbing operations.

+ Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures and service standards.

+ Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to plumbing team members.

+ Collaborate with sales, customer service, and HVAC teams.

+ Ensure proper licensing, permitting, and adherence to plumbing codes.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 5–7 years of hands-on plumbing experience, including troubleshooting and new installations.

+ Strong understanding of plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices.

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

+ Willingness to be in the field daily and lead by example.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $93600.00/yr.

full benefits and 4% commision on all jobs sold.
