About the Role
Join an elite air medical transport team as a Flight Nurse, delivering advanced critical care during emergency missions. This is a high-impact opportunity to provide lifesaving interventions in rotor-wing, fixed-wing, and ground transport environments. You’ll thrive in high-pressure situations where rapid decision-making and clinical excellence make all the difference.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide high-quality, compassionate care during emergency transports.
+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure seamless patient care.
+ Adhere to Air Medical Group standards, protocols, and safety procedures.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and communication using basic computer skills.
+ Meet physical and clinical requirements, including weight and lifting standards.
+ Work a rotating schedule: 24 hours on, 24 hours off, 24 hours on, followed by 5 days off.
Qualifications
+ Active RN license in California.
+ 3–5 years of recent critical care or emergency nursing (5 years preferred).
+ Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNATC, TNCC, ITLS or PHTLS required.
+ NRP and instructor certifications preferred.
+ CFRN certification (required within 24 months of hire).
+ Flight or transport nursing experience preferred.
+ Must pass a pre-placement physical exam, including lift/flexibility assessments (lift up to 100 lbs).
+ Must maintain body weight under 235 lbs.

**Location:** Red Bluff, CA
**Salary Range:** $95,000 – $139,000 (DOE)
**Bonuses:** Up to 25% Location Bonus + Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
