Warehouse Ops Analyst

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Supply Chain Analyst for our local client in Hernando, MS. In this role, you’ll support and improve key warehouse operations, including inventory control, material flow, space planning, and overall productivity. If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and collaborating across teams, this could be the right fit for you! We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment supply chain and logistics field. **A resume and at least 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred to be considered for this position.**
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics (accuracy, productivity, space utilization)
• Support daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Investigate discrepancies in inventory and freight charges
• Maintain and improve ERP and warehouse system data
• Assist with warehouse layout planning and space optimization
• Prepare reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Supply Chain, Business, or related field)
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must comply with all safety and facility procedures

**Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
