Job Title: Quality Manager
Job Description
The Quality Management System (QMS) Supervisor is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the company’s QMS in alignment with ISO 9001 standards. This role leads internal and external audits, manages quality documentation, and collaborates across departments to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement. The supervisor also analyzes quality data, supports training initiatives, and oversees supplier and customer quality interactions to uphold high standards across all operations.
Responsibilities
+ Implement, maintain, and improve the company's QMS in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
+ Lead internal and external audits to ensure quality compliance.
+ Manage quality documentation and records.
+ Collaborate with various departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
+ Support training initiatives to enhance quality awareness.
+ Oversee supplier and customer quality interactions to ensure high standards.
+ Develop and implement corrective action plans (CAPA) and manage non-conformities.
Essential Skills
+ Deep understanding of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
+ Experience with QMS implementation, audits, and compliance.
+ Familiarity with CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
+ Ability to conduct supplier quality audits and manage vendor compliance.
+ Strong understanding of regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Work Environment
The role involves a blend of office-based responsibilities and on-site engagement. You will primarily work in an office setting but will regularly visit production areas and occasionally travel to supplier or customer sites for audits and inspections.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
