Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician I to join our team. This full-time role involves repairing and maintaining a variety of plant equipment, including presses, feeds, straighteners, uncoilers, paint lines, assembly lines, and compressors. The technician will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, air, and hydraulic systems, and read blueprints and schematics to diagnose and resolve issues. Candidates should be able to analyze equipment failures, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. The position may require working 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Repair and maintain plant equipment such as presses, feeds, straighteners, uncoilers, paint lines, assembly lines, and compressors.

+ Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electrical, air, and hydraulic systems.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to diagnose equipment failures.

+ Recommend improvements for equipment reliability and efficiency.

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of London, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
