Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to perform quality checks on parts to be assembled, and to use hand tools and power tools effectively. This role involves rotating through production stations and assembling components efficiently.

Responsibilities

+ Perform quality checks on parts to be assembled.

+ Utilize hand tools and power tools proficiently.

+ Rotate through production stations and assemble components.

+ Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

+ Lift items weighing up to 30+ lbs.

+ Stand for long periods of time.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

+ Experience in assembly and general production.

+ Ability to read and follow blueprints.

+ Strong inspection skills.

+ Experience with assembly lines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience as an Assembly Tech, Production Tech, or Production Operator.

Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, which is climate-controlled for comfort. The facility is equipped with advanced technologies and has an onsite lunch cafeteria. The position involves standing for long periods and lifting weights up to 30+ lbs. Attire should be appropriate for a production setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
