    Project ManagerPosition Overview

     

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in steel construction to lead commercial projects from planning through completion. This role involves coordinating teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage and monitor construction budgets and timelines

    + Coordinate material and equipment delivery and installation schedules

    + Liaise with detailers, joist and deck suppliers, and erectors

    + Review and submit shop drawings and submittals

    + Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations

    + Conduct site visits and attend on-site meetings

    + Communicate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and owners

    + Negotiate scope changes and revisions

    Required Skills

    + Expertise in project management, construction, and commercial steel projects

    + Ability to read and interpret steel and architectural drawings

    + Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

    Qualifications

    + 2–5 years of experience in steel construction project management

    + Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Engineering (preferred)

    + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $62.50/hr.
