Landscape Designer – Seattle, WA (Onsite)

A boutique landscape architecture firm in Seattle, WA is currently hiring for a Landscape Designer to support residential and native garden projects across the Pacific Northwest. This is a full-time onsite role based in a dog-friendly studio with a collaborative and research-driven culture. Candidates must be local to Seattle or willing to relocate; relocation assistance is not provided.

Pay

$32.00–$40.00/hr (Depending on years of experience, software proficiency, and relevant project experience )

Schedule

Standard Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)

Onsite in Seattle, WA

Responsibilities

+ Prepare graphic presentations for client meetings

+ Assist in design drawings and construction documents

+ Collaborate with senior staff and project teams

+ Contribute to a collaborative and research-driven design environment

+ Support planting design, landform, paving, soils, irrigation, and site amenities

Qualification Requirements

+ 1–3 years of professional experience in a landscape architecture office

+ Expertise in planting design for residential projects

+ Proficiency in AutoCAD, LandFX, and Adobe Creative Suite

+ Strong drawing and visual communication skills

+ Excellent verbal and written communication

+ Ability to solve design problems through iterative drawing and research

Disqualifiers

+ No AutoCAD or LandFX experience

+ Less than 1 year of professional landscape architecture experience

+ Not local to Seattle or unwilling to work onsite

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.
