    The Accounting and Finance team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day accounting operations. This hands-on role is responsible for financial reporting, audits, budgeting, and maintaining strong internal controls.

     

    The Accounting Manager will work closely with teams across the organization and oversee key functions including: AP/AR, payroll, general ledger management, fixed assets, COGS accounting, preparation of financial statements and tax filings.

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in accounting required or significant experience in lieu of education.

    + CPA or CMA strongly preferred

    + 5+ years progressive accounting experience.

    + Strong knowledge of payroll (processing and compliance), GAAP, and financial systems.

    + Experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge, Stampli and Paylocity (preferred)

    + Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Excel and MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities and deadlines

    + Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

    + High level of professionalism and integrity; ability to maintain confidentiality of information and data

    + Able to build and maintain strong professional relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

    + Access to reliable transportation. Daily and/or occasional travel may be required

    Hiring Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000/yr
