    Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative (Day shift)

     

    Employment Type: 6 Month Full time contract

     

    Pay Rate: $15 per hour

     

    Bilingual Pay Rate(Spanish): $17 per hour

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, delivering exceptional service and support to our customers across multiple channels.

    Responsibilities

    Customer Interaction & Support

     

    - Answer inbound customer calls and online chat inquiries

     

    - Assist with account creation, password resets, and document uploads

     

    - Provide general information and help customers manage their accounts

     

    - Verify eligibility for coverage and review healthcare options

     

    Problem Solving

     

    - Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues in a timely and creative manner

     

    - Think critically to find solutions that enhance the customer experience

     

    Product & Policy Expertise

     

    - Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies

     

    - Adapt to changing project and program updates

     

    - Demonstrate company values consistently

     

    - Complete required training and certifications (exams required)

    Administrative Duties

    - Accurately input customer information into databases

     

    - Perform various administrative tasks as assigned

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    - High School Diploma or GED

     

    - Strong customer service skills (phone and chat)

     

    - Experience in inbound call centers, hospitality, retail, or healthcare

     

    - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic technical troubleshooting

     

    - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

    Nice to Have:

    - Recent experience in high-level food service or retail

     

    - Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

     

    - Ability to troubleshoot home equipment issues (Internet Familiarization Assessment required)

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.

     

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
