Loan Review Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Review Analyst to join our team and support the pre-purchase review of Conventional, Non-Conforming, FHA, and VA loan files. This role ensures that each loan file meets underwriting, compliance, and documentation standards prior to purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct thorough pre-purchase reviews of residential mortgage loan files (Conventional, Non-Conforming, FHA, VA).

+ Ensure all required documentation is present and compliant with underwriting and regulatory guidelines (DU, LQA, Fraud, and Compliance).

+ Verify accuracy and consistency of data across documents and systems.

+ Analyze client-provided documentation and resolve outstanding stipulations promptly.

+ Maintain high performance standards:

+ Productivity: ≥ 95%

+ Quality: ≥ 85%

+ SLA Completion: ≥ 95%

Required Skills & Experience:

+ 1–3 years of residential mortgage experience, including full-cycle loan processing.

+ Strong understanding of loan documentation, policies, and procedures.

+ Proficiency in income verification, DTI, LTV, and AUS systems.

+ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

+ Exceptional organizational skills to manage a pipeline of loans at various stages.

+ Ability to perform detailed work with accuracy and integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

+ Experience in loan analysis or mortgage processing.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

+ Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.

+ Clear and effective communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
