Join the TEKsystems – FULL TIME REMOTE - Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment? TEKsystems is looking for Customer Service Representatives to support individuals in navigating their healthcare options!

Pay:

+ $15/hour (Standard)

+ $17/hour (Bilingual – Spanish)

What You'll Do:

+ Answer customer inquiries via phone

+ Reset passwords and assist with account access

+ Upload documents and verify eligibility

+ Guide customers through healthcare options

Schedule:

+ Training: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri)

+ Post-Training: 8-hour shifts between 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM EST

+ Open Enrollment: May include Saturday shifts

What We’re Looking For:

+ Call center experience (high-volume preferred)

+ Strong communication and customer service skills

+ Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free workspace

+ Flexibility with scheduling

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
