Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to assist with our work backlog and support our intake process. The ideal candidate will have experience in collecting requirements, writing charters, and conducting cost analysis. This role is crucial for managing multiple projects in the initiation phase within our county government, which oversees 50 businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with managing the work backlog and prioritizing tasks.

Support the intake process by reviewing and analyzing intake forms (SharePoint list).

Collect and document requirements from stakeholders.

Write detailed project charters.

Conduct cost analysis for various projects.

Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Documentation: Expertise in creating clear and concise documentation, including business requirements and process flows.

Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions.

Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders and understand their needs.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $49.37/hr.
