Handle rush files that need to close within 24hours and make corrections

Cash to close changes

DTI changes

Seller Credits – changes at closing, they will need to restructure the loan

Review borrowing documentations, credit reports, bank statements,

Handle all the clean up work, so need to know investor guidelines,

Making changes to loans

Add conditions from the loans

Additional Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of loan processing, loan assistant, or jr. underwriter/underwriter experience preferred

Experience from credit unions, mortgage lenders

Knowledge of Fannie and Freddie Mae Guidelines

FHA/VA/Conventional experience

Encompass preferred

Schedule

Monday to Friday; 8AM to 5PM - 100% in-office

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
