    Now Hiring: Print & Mailroom Production Associates – 2nd & 3rd Shift | San Antonio, TX

     

    Are you comfortable being on your feet and working with your hands? Join a fast-paced team where accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability are key!

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Operate production equipment including printers, pressure sealers, inserters, folders, binders, cutters, and inkjet machines

    + Print and prepare checks, cards, and inserts for distribution

    + Follow company procedures to ensure high-quality, accurate output

    + Support FedEx/UPS shipping stations and mailroom operations

    + For warehouse roles: build pallets, shrink wrap, restock supplies, and distribute materials

    Shifts Available:

    + 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

    + 3rd Shift: Sun–Thurs, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

    + Warehouse Role: Mon–Fri, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

    Pay & Perks:

    + Entry-level opportunity with training provided

    + Contract-to-hire potential based on performance and attendance

    + Pay increase upon conversion

    + Overtime available (some weekends required, especially first weekend of each month)

    + Holiday shifts required

    • What You’ll Need:

    + 1+ year of experience in a role requiring standing for full shifts

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Basic math skills used daily

    + Reliability and attention to detail

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
