Infrastructure Delivery Install Technician (Indiana Locations)

We’re looking for a hands-on technician to help build and maintain the backbone of data center infrastructure. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with hardware, solving problems, and being part of a fast-moving technical team. You’ll be involved in installing servers and network equipment, managing cabling projects, and supporting day-to-day operations across multiple Indiana sites.

What You’ll Do

+ Install and maintain copper and fiber cabling, including patch panels and cords

+ Set up and troubleshoot servers, network devices, and racks

+ Partner with vendors to inspect and resolve cabling issues

+ Track inventory and manage materials delivered to job sites

+ Maintain accurate records and update ticketing systems

+ Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards

+ Keep work areas clean and organized

+ Support after-hours and emergency service needs as needed

Location Flexibility

+ This role is based on-site and may involve working at different locations across Indiana

+ Transfers between sites may be possible depending on business needs

Physical Requirements

+ Ability to work on your feet for full 8-hour shifts

+ Safely work at heights and on ladders

+ Regularly lift up to 40 lbs; group lifts for heavier items

+ Participate in site walks and equipment moves

What You Bring

+ Basic understanding of computers, servers, switches, and networking hardware/software

+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

+ Good communication skills and ability to work well with others

+ High level of initiative and attention to detail

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
