    Position Overview:

    As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle inbound calls and follow-ups related to prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential member information. Accuracy and attention to detail are key as you’ll be navigating multiple systems while delivering top-tier service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Answer 50–100 inbound calls daily, depending on complexity

    + Provide clear, professional support for pharmacy-related inquiries

    + Accurately enter and update customer information across multiple systems

    + Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

    + Participate actively in training and ongoing performance evaluations

    • What You’ll Need:

    + 1+ year of recent high-volume call center experience

    + Consistent work history (no jumpy resumes)

    + Typing speed: Minimum 30 WPM

    + Strong computer navigation and multitasking skills

    Schedule & Training:

    + Must be available 7 days/week between 5 AM – 10 PM (set schedule assigned)

    + Training: Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 4:30 PM for 4 weeks

    + Mandatory OT in January & February

    + Shift bids based on training performance (average of 90% across 4 tests required)

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
