    About this Role

    What You'll Do

    + Draft structural plans and develop construction documents for steel, concrete, and composite structures.

    + Interpret structural calculations and interdisciplinary drawings.

    + Conduct field investigations to verify structural clearances and design feasibility.

    + Assist with cost estimation, material take-offs, and preliminary structural studies.

    + Review and validate drawings from other drafters.

    + Collaborate with engineers and support construction activities.

    + Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development.

    What You'll Bring

    + Associate degree in Engineering Technology or Computer-Aided Drafting.

    + Minimum 7 years of experience in structural drafting and design, preferably in EPC environments.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Strong knowledge of structural materials, systems, and construction practices.

    + Ability to interpret vendor drawings and integrate them into structural designs.

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    + Familiarity with EPC workflows and interdisciplinary coordination.
