•Here’s what you’ll be doing:

+ Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment

+ Prepare invoice deduction notices, as necessary

+ Audit freight bills against freight manifests

+ Answer all vendor inquiries

+ Analyze vendor accounts and negotiate extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted

+ Prepare accounts payable checks

+ Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files

+ Prepare analysis of accounts, as required

+ Assist in monthly closings

+ Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary

+ Other duties as assigned

Here’s what you’ll need:

+ 1-2 years AP/AR experience, previous automotive experience a plus

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, and the general use of a computer and calculator

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Self-motivated, organized, and effective problem-solver

+ Advanced computer skills

+ High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
