    Job Title- Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect

    Job Location- Remote, USA

    We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Microsoft Dynamics CRM / XRM Solution Architect to join our team at Cognizant. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise-level CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies. You will work closely with clients to understand business needs, architect scalable solutions, and guide teams through full lifecycle implementations.

     

    This is a client-facing role requiring strong consulting, technical, and leadership skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, customized CRM/XRM applications that drive business transformation.

     

    In this role, you will

     

    Lead client engagements, strategy sessions, and requirements workshops to define CRM/XRM solutions.

     

    Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performing Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform solutions.

     

    Develop high-level project plans, manage scope, budgets, and timelines.

     

    Design integration solutions with backend systems including ERP and other enterprise applications.

     

    Customize Dynamics CRM using workflows, plugins, custom assemblies, and web resources.

     

    Develop and implement data migration, conversion, and testing strategies.

     

    Train client personnel on system usage, administration, and best practices.

     

    Provide guidance on PowerApps, Power Automate, and licensing models.

     

    Collaborate across functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

     

    Lead deployment of solutions across environments and oversee release management.

     

    Ensure compliance with security, performance, and governance standards.

     

    Document architecture, processes, and configurations for operational consistency.

     

    What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

     

    Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

     

    10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/XRM.

     

    **5+ years of implementation experience** in medium to large-scale environments (100+ users).

     

    3+ years of experience with Azure technologies.

     

    Strong experience with **PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power Pages.**

     

    Experience with **Common Data Service (Dataverse)** and integration across Office 365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, Graph API).

     

    Hands-on development of **plugins, custom workflow assemblies, and web resources.**

     

    Deep understanding of CRM lifecycle: installation, configuration, customization, deployment.

     

    Strong knowledge of .NET development, SQL Server, SOA, and design patterns (MVC, MVP).

     

    Experience with Agile development methodologies.

     

    Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.

     

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

     

    Preferred skills: what will help you stand out

     

    Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert

     

    Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect

     

    Experience in the Cards & Payments domain or other regulated industries

     

    Familiarity with promotional methodologies and enterprise architecture standards

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    The annual salary for this position is between $114,000 to $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
