    POSITION SUMMARY

    The essence of this role is to ensure quality plastic rotational molded parts through molding techniques while adhering to company policies and procedures. Make the plastic element of a playground such as swings, small/large slides, tunnels, and more!

     

    Hours: S-Th 10 PM- 6 AM.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Mold plastic parts while maintaining the efficiency and quality goals set in the department

    + Set up and load molding machine per job order specifications

    + Ensure accuracy of parts and inventory by ensuring proper inspecting and labeling techniques, we offer on-the-job training

    + Comply with all safety requirements

    + Rotate to other areas of the department to assist team members, when needed.

    ATTRIBUTES

    + Basic Computer Knowledge

    + Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the compa ny, if needed .

    + Comfortable making judgment calls on quality of parts and determining which parts need to be fixed

    + Ability to organize and prioritize workload between work

    + Work well with others and in a team environment

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Ability to follow standard work and operating procedures

    + Able to lift 50 lbs.

    + Comfortable with grasping and pulling products and machines frequently

    + High school diploma/GED preferred

     

    The target hourly range is $19.50 - $22.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $4.00 per hour. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
