Hours: 5pm - 1:30am M-F with Overtime as needed

Responsibilities

As a DC Equipment Operator, your responsibilities will include:

+ Operate and manage warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.

+ Strictly adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

+ Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet customer requirements and deadlines.

+ Conduct regular equipment inspections to determine maintenance needs and ensure operational efficiency.

+ Collaborate with team members to successfully implement daily shipping plans and exceed performance goals.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support operational efficiency.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

+ Proven experience operating warehouse equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

+ Capability to operate during the 2nd shift, which involves evenings and weekends.

+ Strong attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy in order fulfillment.

+ Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 50 pounds.

+ Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

+ A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

$15.00 - $34.66

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
