Hours: 8am - 4:30pm M-F with overtime as required

Key Responsibilities

As a DC Equipment Operator - 1st Shift Outbound, your responsibilities will include:

+ Operate material handling machinery, such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks, to transport products within the distribution center.

+ Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment by strictly adhering to our proven processes and procedures.

+ Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to guarantee flawless operation.

+ Collaborate with team members to achieve daily shipment goals and maintain a high standard of accuracy.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following all safety protocols and guidelines.

+ Assist in inventory management by conducting regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

+ Demonstrated background handling material equipment in a warehouse or distribution center environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high accuracy levels.

+ Capability to work autonomously and as a member of a cooperative group.

+ Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

+ Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

+ Flexibility to work the 1st shift schedule and occasional overtime as needed.

+ High school diploma or equivalent experience; additional certifications in equipment operation are a plus.
