    Position: Security Guard

     

    Divison: Central Services

     

    Program: Crisis Services

     

    General Overview: The Security Guard is responsible for providing the service of maintaining clients and building security on a daily basis. Make client room checks periodically throughout the shift. Make hourly rounds. Monitor resident behavior/interactions. Know emergency prodcedures and respond in a calm manner. Maintain On-Call responsibilities for all security related issues.

     

    Qualifications: Associates Degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred. Current Red Cross First Aide Card and valid drivers license required. NYS Security License Required.

     

    Hours: Full-Time

     

    Salary Range: $38,000-$42,000, annually.
