    Amergis Staffing is currently seeking both TRAVEL andLocal experienced RN Psych nurses in Butner,NC!

     

    Position: RN Psych

    Shift:

    + 1st- 7a-3:30p, 40hrs, EOW

    + 2nd- 3p-11:30p, 40hrs , EOW

    + 3rd- 11p-7:30a, 40hrs, EOW

    + WILL TAKE 12hr NIGHTS, 36/48, EOW

     

    Hours: 40hrs

     

    Contract Length: 16 wks

     

    Number of Openings: 10

     

    Start Date: 10/20

    Important info:

    IF HCP has LIVED OUTSIDE of NC within the past 5 years-they will need fingerprints. These usually take about 4-6 weeks to get back butcan start with them pending.

     

    If Offered- HCP will have to complete Pre- EmploymentScreening (PES) at the facility. This happens every Tuesday, Wednesday, andThursday at 10am or 1:30pm. (takes less than an hour, takes badge photo, fillsHR forms etc)

     

    If Fingerprints are required (PES) can only bedone Tues or Thurs at 10a or 1:30pm by appointment.

     

    First 2-4 weeks will be orientation- NO RTO OR CALL OUTSWILL BE PERMITTED IN FIRST 2-4 WEEKS. Orientation Schedule is M-F 8a-4p

     

    Max 3 days of RTO during contract.

     

    The Psychiatric/Mental Health (PMH) Registered Nurse,requires a wide range of nursing, psychosocial, and neurobiological expertise.PMH nurses promote well-being through prevention and education, in addition tothe assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health and substance usedisorders. The nurse demonstratesability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner anddemonstrates critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination ofpatient care. The PMH RN works in avariety of settings and provides comprehensive care to individuals, families,and communities when applicable.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current Registered Nurse Licensure in-state practicing

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
