Position Description

This is a full-time, remote position.American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for an Automotive Claims Payment Processor to join our growing team. As an Automotive Claims Payment Processor you will work remotely and be responsible for processing reimbursement payments for insurance claims of American Guardian vehicle service agreements and contracts. You\u2019ll be tasked with verifying benefits on contracts and dispersing payments. Communication with contract holders, dealers and consumers, will be conducted by mail, fax, phone and e-mail. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- Taking inbound calls from automotive dealers and consumers to assist with questions related to their contracts- Reviewing contracts and evaluating repair claims- Communicating with clients to obtain missing documentation needed to process claim payments- Processing and issuing paymentsA home office package will be provided for this position. This includes two computer monitors, a laptop, keyboard and mouse.

Requirements

Technical certification or degree preferred~^~Strong attention to detail~^~Familiar with calculating figures and amounts~^~Proficient in Microsoft Office products and related software~^~Previous automotive experience in service or parts is a plus~^~Strong organization skills~^~Must have a quiet designated work space to work from home
