Description
Associate PBX Operator
Operate a PBX system console, responding appropriately to all outside/inside telephones calls. Responds promptly to all Codes, activating the Emergency Preparedness procedures. Page necessary information on the public address system. Minimal supervision required.

Preferred Qualifications:
+ HS Diploma -OR- GED Equivalency
+ 1 or more years of experience working in a call center environment
+ Proficient in a wide range of computer applications and systems
+ Familiarity with using email and chat systems
+ Experience handling multiple calls or chats efficiently
+ Typing proficiency and multitasking between screens
+ Prior experience in healthcare within a customer-facing role
+ PBX Experience
