• Remote Technology Platform Architect

    Job Description

    Insight Global is searching for a Technology Assessment and Integration Consultant (Platform Architect) to support a large technology platform assessment for a new health benefits administration platform for a Fortune 100 client.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Evaluate overall technology architecture of both platforms, including cloud infrastructure, resiliency, scalability, and automation.

    • Assess data migration strategies and integration complexity with Workday, payroll, HRIS, and other systems.

    • Review API frameworks, interoperability, and technical workflows.

    • Conduct security and compliance evaluation. audit controls, data privacy.

    • Analyze platform performance under peak loads (e.g., open enrollment, international expansion).

    • Identify opportunities for workflow automation, AI enablement, and modernization.

    • Contribute findings to comparative analysis and scoring matrix; support client presentations.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 7+ years in enterprise technology consulting, SaaS platform architecture, or systems integration.

    • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS architecture, and API frameworks.

    • Hands-on experience with data migration and integrations between HR/benefits systems.

    • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR).

    • Ability to translate technical findings into clear recommendations for executives.
