    Job Description

    Day to Day:

    Insight Global is looking for a Business Solutions Manager for one of our top credit union clients. This person will be reporting to the VP of Real Estate Lending and will be managing one direct report (a Business Analyst). You will be working cross functionally with IT, Production, Operations, Compliance, and the Data Network Teams. Some responsibilities may include use a ticketing system to solve issues within encompass, ensure processes are being implemented the correct way, making changes to the system, and pushing releases out.

    Compensation:

    $120K-170K

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

     

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Skills and Requirements

    Must Haves:

    - 3-5 years’ experience working within Encompass

     

    o Administration of the platform, implementation, creating custom forms, managing tickets that come through, and pushing out new releases

     

    - Strong analytical mindset

    o Experience using Tableau to create dashboards and reports Plusses:

    - Optimal Blue experience

     

    - Previous role as a Business Analyst OR prior experience managing a Business Analyst

     

    - Encompass Administrator Certification

     

    - Encompass Developer Certification
