    Job Description

    The Sr. Salesforce Architect will lead strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the client's field service capabilities, particularly within the client's Sales & Service platform used by several divisions. This role will reimagine how mobile applications support planning, sales, and service activities—leveraging AI and smart capabilities to empower field associates.

    Skills and Requirements

    Located in or willing to work from the Minneapolis/St. Paul market.

     

    Strong experience with Salesforce platform, especially Salesforce Mobile.

     

    Ability to think outside the box and design scalable, custom solutions.

     

    Proven ability to communicate effectively and work independently.

     

    Experience aligning business goals with platform capabilities (solution architecture).

     

    Comfortable working on proof-of-concepts and strategic planning (not hands-on coding). Salesforce certifications.

     

    Experience with other mobile applications (bonus if Salesforce-related).

     

    Familiarity with AI-driven UX enhancements.
