Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a proactive and personable DevOps Coordinator to support our customer onsite in the Raleigh market. This role is critical in aligning cross-functional efforts, managing dependencies, and ensuring smooth delivery across multiple agile initiatives. As our customer expands and builds new systems, we need someone who can bring clarity, coordination, and momentum to the team. If you're someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving organizational puzzles, and can document like a pro, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate across multiple product teams to align timelines, deliverables, and dependencies

• Document and communicate scope changes, impacts to timelines, and necessary redirection

• Facilitate release management and agile processes without needing deep DevOps expertise

• Dig into project details to understand what’s being built and ensure clarity across teams

• Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional communication and coordination

• Ensure thorough documentation of dates, dependencies, and scope changes

• Help bring structure to teams that lack traditional project management

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience coordinating technical development projects

• Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and release management principles

• Experience working with development teams and technical stakeholders

• Ability to manage shifting scopes and redirect efforts effectively

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related technical field

• Proactive communicator who knows when to touch base and escalate

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable being in the middle of multiple teams and driving alignment • Familiarity with AWS

• PMP certification
