    Job Description

    As an Entry-Level Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of power distribution construction projects. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and project managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This is a hands-on opportunity to launch your career in a high-impact industry.

     

    • Key Responsibilities

     

    Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets

     

    Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and utility clients

     

    Monitor project progress and report on milestones and risks

     

    Support procurement and material tracking

     

    Conduct site visits and assist with field coordination

     

    Maintain accurate project documentation and records

     

    Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements

     

    Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

     

    Internship or co-op experience in construction or utilities preferred

     

    Strong communication and organizational skills

     

    Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera)

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

     

    Ability to travel to project sites as needed

     

    Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
