    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a hands-on, technically grounded Project Manager to drive critical engineering initiatives forward. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background who is ready to roll up their sleeves, chase updates, and ensure deliverables are met, all while shielding technical leads from unnecessary distractions. The PM will be responsible for owning the delivery of engineering projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and quality standards are consistently achieved. They will take technical direction from technical engineering leads, translating it into actionable plans while acting as a buffer between the technical team and organizational noise to allow engineers to focus on high-impact work. The PM must also be capable of engaging in high-level conversations with business stakeholders to communicate project value and impact. In addition to strategic oversight, the role requires managing the operational and logistical aspects of project execution: tracking updates, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and maintaining documentation. Above all, the PM will be fully accountable for the delivery of assigned projects, including progress reporting and risk escalation.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 3-5+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.

    • Strong organizational and communication skills.

    • Ability to work humbly and collaboratively with technical experts.

    • Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels. • Medical device industry background

    • Experience working with external suppliers / manufacturers

    • Electrical engineering environment project background
