Overview

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Civil Superintendent to lead and oversee day-to-day construction operations for a major construction project in Monahans, Texas. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for a hands-on leader with deep expertise in concrete, excavation, and dirt work. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of civil construction on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and field crews

• Supervise concrete pours, excavation, and dirt work activities

• Interpret and enforce project plans, specifications, and schedules

• Ensure compliance with surveying requirements and site layout accuracy

Monitor daily progress and report to project leadership

Skills and Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Civil Superintendent

• Proven expertise in:

• Concrete operations

• Dirt work and excavation

• Subcontractor management

• Surveying and site layout Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with scaffolding and insulation practices

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Ability to troubleshoot field issues and adapt to changing conditions
