About the Role:

As General Manager, you’ll be fully responsible for overseeing all aspects of this client account, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and a best-in-class guest experience. You’ll need to be client-savvy, customer-service oriented, and experienced in retail food operations, with the strategic mindset to balance both company and client goals.

What You'll Do

+ Lead daily operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and hospitality

+ Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction across all touchpoints

+ Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

+ Oversee team development, staffing, and performance management
