Summary:
To support our 3.8B+ users, Meta develops and deploys scale infrastructure globally, across data centers, networks, compute, and storage. The Global Technology Sourcing team owns the strategic sourcing strategy, external business relationships, and internal engineering partnerships to drive supply chain execution from new product ideation to deployments at scale. The team combines commercial and technical sourcing expertise, along with manufacturing expertise, to advance in critical infrastructure domains, including artificial intelligence, custom silicon development, and power & cooling technologies.Meta is seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead transformative supply chain initiatives within our global Data Center Infrastructure Supply Chain organization. This role is designed for a leader who thrives at the intersection of infrastructure, operations, and business strategy. You will drive high-impact programs that optimize delivery and align cross-functional goals across Meta’s hyperscale data center supply chain.
Required Skills:
Supply Chain Transformation Lead, DC Infrastructure Responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex supply chain programs across supply chain functions and key stakeholders in DC constructions, engineering, and services
2. Develop integrated program plans, success metrics, and execution frameworks aligned with Meta’s infrastructure growth strategy
3. Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across global teams with precision and urgency
4. Lead initiatives to streamline planning, sourcing, and fulfillment processes using automation and best practices
5. Champion continuous improvement and standardization across global supply chain workflows
6. Implement scalable solutions that reduce complexity and improve delivery velocity
7. Partner closely with data analytics teams to define key metrics, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards
8. Establish and maintain sources of truth and set governance for supply chain data, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across teams
9. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
10. Build partnerships with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams
11. Facilitate strategic planning sessions, business reviews, and cross-functional alignment forums
12. Translate business needs into actionable program strategies and execution plans
13. Operate as a thought partner to leaders, providing strategic guidance and execution support
14. Represent the supply chain organization in cross-functional planning and governance forums
Minimum Qualifications:

15. BS degree in a related engineering discipline, supply chain, or equivalent experience
16. 12+ years of experience in program management, supply chain operations, or infrastructure delivery
17. Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in a global environment
18. Proven analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
19. Experience with data center infrastructure, hardware lifecycle, or logistics
20. Proven experience in developing and managing OKRs and align cross-functional goals
21. Experience working with data analytics teams and defining enterprise-wide sources of truth
22. Experience operating at both strategic and tactical levels with a bias for action

25. Familiarity with Meta’s infrastructure stack or hyperscale data center environments
Public Compensation:
$171,000/year to $239,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
