    Facilities Maintenance Field Tech (Night Tech) – $28/hr – Temp to Perm

    **Location:** Brentwood, PA (travel required to Brentwood, Greensburg, Harmar, McCandless)

    **Schedule:** 3rd Shift, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Saturday & Sunday + 3 consecutive nights (flexible midweek days off)

    The Opportunity

     

    We’re hiring a **Night Facilities Maintenance Field Tech** to handle emergency calls, troubleshoot building systems, and perform general repairs across multiple sites. This role offers stability, independence, and the chance to transition into a long-term career.

    What You’ll Do

    + Serve as the Night Engineer, responding to emergencies and troubleshooting issues

    + Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems

    + Perform patching, painting, and general building upkeep

    + Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment adjustments

    + Keep accurate documentation and follow safety procedures

    + Support vendor oversight and ensure quality repair work

    What We’re Looking For

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 8–10 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance

    + Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting

    + EPA 608 Type II Certification (Universal preferred)

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel

    + Trade school training in HVAC or electrical a plus

    Pay & Details

    + $28/hr

    + Temp to perm

    + Company vehicle and gas card provided

    + Travel required between assigned locations

    **Pay Details:** $28.00 per hour
