We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team.

     

    Job Summary: As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department. Your role will involve understanding customer concerns, recommending services, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.

    + Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate advice on vehicle issues.

    + Create detailed service orders and communicate necessary repairs or maintenance.

    + Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approvals for service work.

    + Coordinate with technicians to ensure the timely completion of services.

    + Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.

    + Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.

    + Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer service role in the automotive industry is preferred.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to explain technical information to customers clearly and understandably.

    + Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    + Proficiency in using automotive service software and tools, especially CDK, preferred.

    + Valid driver's license with 6 points or less and no major violations in the past 3 years.
