_This position exists to oversee digital content and its governance for the Licensing Division._
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ _Completing updates to forms utilized by business units within the division._
+ _Planning and implementing digital content-related projects._
+ _Developing and updating content for the division’s public webpages._
+ _Ensuring that digital content and related projects and processes are accurate, accessible, aligned with the Office of Inspector General’s (OIG) priorities and directives, and comply with Department of Human Services (DHS) web standards and initiatives._
Minimum Qualifications

Two (2) years of experience developing content for web-based communications and accessible documents and forms.
AND
Experience must demonstrate the following:
+ Design forms and documents using several authoring tools, including the Adobe suite of products and/or AEM Forms Designer.
+ Conduct comprehensive accessibility analysis of web content, public documents and/or various communications.
+ Manage document workflows and/or approval processes.
+ Continuously improved content organization to meet audience needs based on researched decisions.
+ _Skill in the use of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft SharePoint._
+ _Experience using general markup languages including HTML/CSS/XML._
+ _Experience with website development, CMS platforms and multimedia formats._
Preferred Qualifications
+ Knowledge of:
+ _Section 508 of Rehabilitation Act, W3C, WCAG 2.1, and best practices related to accessibility._
+ _Adobe Acrobat to design PDF files and make them accessible._
+ _Electronic file formats and specifications._
+ _Accessible user interface design and universal design practices and principles._
+ _Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and other publishing tools._
+ _CommonLook accessibility software._
+ _Demonstrate a high level of computing skills using a variety of PC based applications (Microsoft, Adobe, and other programs) and an interest in learning additional applications and skills, including AEM Forms Designer and basic JavaScript._
+ Use a high degree of proficiency when creating forms and documents with industry-grade publishing tools to deliver professional graphically designed documents that have a focus on user experience.
+ Build forms and documents that meet state statutory requirements and DHS compliance standards.
+ Collaborate to implement tests designed to optimize content organization.
+ _Present complex, technical information to individuals with varying skills and experience levels._
+ _Engage in active listening with coworkers, management and clients/customers._
+ Variety of experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and cultures.

It is the policy of the Department of Human Services that the individual selected for this position successfully complete a background investigation prior to employment, including the following components:

Complete the Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) Security Awareness training within 3-business days from the start of employment; and successfully obtain/retain CJIS certification annually.
