Pay Rate:

What you'll be doing as a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate:

+ Receive incoming shipments of apparel products and verify the accuracy of the received items

+ Unload, unpack, and inspect merchandise for any damages or defects

+ Sort and organize merchandise in designated storage areas, ensuring proper inventory management

+ Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products according to customer requirements

+ Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks for outgoing shipments

+ Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, following safety protocols and guidelines

+ Collaborate with other warehouse team members to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment

+ Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

+ Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), Weekends

Job requirements:

+ 1-2 years of warehouse fulfillment experience, ideally within the e-commerce apparel industry

+ Prior experience in distribution or warehousing preferredGood verbal and written communication skills

+ Must have basic computer knowledge and skills

+ Comfortable reading and interpreting safety guidelines, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions

+ Clear and effective communication skills

+ Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

+ Collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset

+ Must be available to work OT as required to support business needs

+ Good verbal and written communication skills

+ Has basic computer knowledge and skills

+ Ability to lift, lower and carry heavy objects up to 30 lbs

+ Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift

+ Ability stand and/or walk on concrete for the duration of the shift

+ Ability to work in varying temperatures as the warehouse is not climate controlled

+ Background check and drug test required
