    How you Will make a difference

     

    + Transport residents to appointments, community events, and others as needed

    + Confirm doctors’ appointments for residents

    + Notify family of arrangements regarding appointments

    + Monitor daily documentation and filing

    + All other duties as assigned

     

    What you Need to make a Difference

     

    + Current Certified Nursing Assistants Certification the state

    + Current/active CPR certification

    + Valid State Driver’s License with no more than 3 entries; counting accidents, moving violation, and failures to appear

    + Customer Service oriented, able to work well under pressure

    Prefer CNA with CDL license to drive facility bus!
