**Location:** Onsite in Memphis, TN

**Internship Program Duration:** June 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (11 weeks)

**Overview:** This program offers exposure to functional areas within FHN Financial, gaining a holistic understanding of our fixed income business and strategies. Participants will be assessed consistently to ensure proficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Exposure to numerous functional areas within FHN Financial, including:

+ Sales & Trading

+ Investment Banking

+ Investment Advisory

+ Strategies, Analytics, and Accounting

+ Whole Loan Trading

+ Maintain databases, perform analysis, and produce customer presentations

+ Collaborate with team members to reach departmental goals and initiatives

+ Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities, including working closely with mentors and senior management for career development in fixed income

Qualifications:

+ Finance, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field

+ Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in the financial services industry

+ High attention to detail for written analysis and client presentations

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and not afraid to ask questions

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively

Preferred Skills:

+ Previous internship or work experience in financial services or related fields

+ Knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and financial analysis

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

+ Coding skills in Python or similar programming language
