    Overview

    **Sr Sourcing Analyst** _Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm_

     

    _Remote Role_

     

    Own the full sourcing lifecycle and make a real impact! As a CSC **Sr Sourcing Analyst** you’ll proactively identify opportunities to improve supplier performance, drive cost savings, and shape strategic business decisions using data-driven insights and collaborative problem-solving. If you’re a self-starter who thrives on influence, initiative, and results, this role is your chance to lead, innovate, and make your mark.

     

    + Lead sourcing events across multiple categories, managing the complete RFx process from requirements gathering to final supplier award, with a proactive, self-directed approach.

    + Analyze complex data sets, develop cost models, and provide actionable insights that inform strategic sourcing decisions and enhance supplier performance.

    + Drive category management initiatives including contract renewals, pipeline development, opportunity assessments, supplier performance monitoring, and compliance oversight.

    + Take initiative in project management by coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining detailed project trackers, and communicating progress through meeting notes, status reports, and presentations.

    + Refine scopes of work, evaluate supplier proposals thoroughly, and negotiate commercial terms that maximize value while mitigating risk.

    + Present and defend both quantitative and qualitative analyses to sourcing and business leadership, clearly articulating recommendations and securing alignment for supplier selection and contract awards.

    + Act as a trusted communicator and advocate for Strategic Sourcing by effectively influencing stakeholders, demonstrating procurement’s strategic value, and reinforcing strong supplier relationships.

    + Adapt quickly to evolving business needs and contribute to special projects with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

    What we’re looking for

    Education & Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, finance, business administration, or equivalent experience (5+ years in a related role).

    Skills & Abilities:

    + Knowledge of supply chain and procurement trends, processes, tools, and compliance.

    + Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    + Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

    + Effective written and verbal communication with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.

    + Commitment to continuous improvement, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.

    + Adaptable to changing priorities while maintaining professionalism and focus.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other business applications.

    Maximum Salary

     

    USD $85,336.25/Hr.
