We're looking for a Commercial Sales Coordinator to join our team and bring energy, organization, and problem-solving skills to support our commercial customers, stores, and sales team. If you're driven to learn, eager to solve complex problems, and thrive in dynamic situations, this is the role for you.

    What You'll Do (Your Power Grid):

    + Serve as the go-to resource for store-level Commercial Sales inquiries.

    + Manage orders end-to-end: process quotes, orders, returns, credits, and invoices with accuracy and speed.

    + Track shipments, monitor KPIs, and resolve order or delivery issues.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales, and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve complex cases.

    + Support sales programs by maintaining customer agreements, updating pricing, and providing reports to keep the sales team powered up.

    + Deliver exceptional customer communications, ensuring clients are informed and satisfied.

    + Research and provide equivalent solutions when standard products are unavailable.

    What We're Looking For (Your Battery Pack):

    + High school diploma required; Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred.

    + 1+ year of experience in order management, sales support, or customer service.

    + Strong problem-solving and judgment skills-comfortable handling non-straightforward situations.

    + Tech-savvy, with experience in POS/order management systems, Salesforce, Google, and Microsoft platforms.

    + Deep product knowledge and a willingness to continuously learn about our offerings.

    + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Physical Environment:
