How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
Business Strategy – Delta / Wheels UP Partnership, is seeking a Co-op responsible for improving the alignment between our two organizations as it relates to sales programs, new business opportunities, KPI and incentive tracking, and marketing activities.
Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):
+ Monitoring account wins to ensure data accuracy in Salesforce and assist in building out new reporting tools for both the corporate and agency channels.
+ Develop targeted accounts lists for new business by mining industry and internal databases.
+ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve collective success.
+ Maintain tracking of incentive programs, processing payments and measuring KPIs.
+ Define methodologies for new analytics that are industry leading ways to extract more value from our Corporate and Agency Partners.
+ Assist with intake, fulfillment, and tracking of promotional items, collateral, event materials, ensuring accurate and timely support.
+ Support projects by assisting with timeline management, campaign tracking, integrated marketing coordination, and fulfillment of sponsorship incentives and benefits.
+ Update, organize, and maintain documents and resources for field sales teams, serving as a point of contact to address questions from internal stakeholders.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Must be enrolled as a full-time studentpursuing an undergraduate degree in a 4-year academic institution.
+ At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale.
+ Must be available to work on a full-timebasis for 3 alternating semesters: **Summer 2026, Spring 2027, and Fall 2027.**
+ This position requires student to work for 3alternating semesters. Student cannot actively take any courses (inclusive ofonline or in-person) and work as a Co-op/Intern at the same time, which maydelay graduation by 1-2 semesters.
+ Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta,GA office for the duration of the Co-op.
+ Working as a Co-op/Intern does not guaranteea full-time opportunity at Delta Air Lines upon graduation. This position isintended to provide educational and professional work experience to prepare thestudent for the workforce.
+ Solution-oriented, multi-task capable anddemonstrated ability to mentor and collaborate with others.
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Skilled in data connection, manipulation and visualization.
+ Possesses strong organizational skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Highly independent and self-directed.
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and securityof self, others, and personal data.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or highschool equivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and hasauthorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
+ Preferred majors or background in business administration, analytics, strategy, or similar field.
+ Working functionality skills in Tableau and building dashboards.
