    Clean Harbors located in **Norwell, MA** is looking for a **Reliability Engineer** to join their safety conscious team! The Reliability Engineer oversees and directs the planning, implementation and sustainability of the facility maintenance program for every location. Establishes inspection checklist by asset type to be used on our mobile devices. Responsible for training facilities to use databases and corresponding maintenance system. Tracks implementation progress across each site. Travel is required 10% to 25%

    + Assure facility specific preventative maintenance plans are gathered and setup according to the applicable regulations and company policies;

    + Develop site specific inspection checklist to be used on our mobile devices;

    + Establish site specific critical spare inventory;

    + Develop site specific Area and Equipment information to be used in our facility asset management (FAM) system;

    + Provide training to the business on the use of FAM work ticket and maintenance process;

    + Maintain control over progress and timelines for the completion of implementing FAM in each site and providing periodic update reports of the completed sites;

    + Oversee the creation and distribution of asset tags for each site as new equipment is added;

    + Provide proper engineering support, maintain working understanding and cataloging of each piece of equipment related to the facility and all applicable regulations related to buildings, blue prints and P&ID plans;

    + Hire and manage a team of Asset Management Coordinators

    + Other duties as assigned.

    + Bachelor’s degree Required

    + 5 – 7 years of related experience required.

    + Experience with preventative maintenance tracking software. Detailed understanding of Rotating Equipment, Distillation Systems, Boilers, HVAC, and other mechanical system used to operate most facilities

    + Experience in administrative processes (e.g. budgeting, performance management, invoices).

    + Working knowledge of all maintenance equipment used at sites including piping, material of constructions, material handling and building/structure maintenance.

    + General knowledge of blueprints and piping and instrumentation diagrams.
