Duties:

The responsibilities of the position center around the overall management of the clients on their caseload as outlined in the High Acuity Care Manager position. In addition, this position is used to support the Care Manager Supervisor in the training of care managers as well as to provide administrative support in the areas of billing and auditing compliance. This position is a mentoring position for new care managers and an introduction to supervisory tasks for program assistance.
